Monitoring, Remediation and Validation Testing

Often following the completion of the initial Phase I and Phase II investigations there may be that need for further investigation, and possibly remediation, EMS will provide a full tailored service to suit your requirements. We will consult you at every stage of the process and offer you a range of solutions to the problem if possible. As part of our ongoing commitment to you as our client, we will be able to:

• Undertake extended monitoring of groundwater and gas, if required
• Organise remedial works, and validate to prove these have been successful
• Undertake Waste Acceptance Criteria testing to enable suitable disposal of exported material, if required
• Undertake analysis and testing of imported soil to ensure it is fit for purpose and as specified by the supplier
• Liaise with the relevant authorities, such as the Environment Agency
• Design detailed remediation strategies to assist with water processing permits
