Window Sampling indoors at a site in Gloucester

Our Senior Geo-Environmental Engineer went to a site in Gloucestershire last week to undertake window sampling indoors as part of a soil contamination investigation.

The investigation was undertaken to facilitate the sale of a garage property.  Five dynamic continuous window sample boreholes were drilled.

A concrete coring attachment was used to start the boreholes in four of the locations.  Soil samples spent the night in EMS’s refrigerated storage unit and have been sent to a UKAS and MCERTS accredited laboratory for analysis.
