Non Licensed Asbestos Removal
EMS's local, in-house asbestos removal teams undertake work categorised as non-licensed work. We are permitted to remove almost all asbestos containing materials (ACMs). This includes common materials such as asbestos cement, vinyl & bitumen products, textured coatings and textiles.
EMS also undertake notifiable, non-licensed work (NNLW) and can advise on when it is required.
Licensed Asbestos Removal
EMS work with partners to provide the removal of higher risk asbestos-containing materials. These higher-risk materials are more likely to release asbestos fibres when disturbed or being removed,
EMS can arrange, supervise or project manage large or licensed projects. We can also provide the analysts to undertake air testing and four stage clearances.
